3. Buyer and Supplier Matching

The purpose of the network is to facilitate legitimate connections between buyers, importers and suppliers.

Where appropriate, relevant business requirements may be shared with qualified participants for matching purposes.

We do not automatically publish personal contact information to the public merely because an application has been submitted.

Contact or company information may be disclosed to another participant when necessary for an approved introduction, trade opportunity or other service for which the information was provided.

4. Verification

Applications may be reviewed before a profile is approved or activated.

Where reasonably necessary, we may request additional information or documentation to verify company existence, business registration, company representatives, trading history, business activity, and relevant certifications or claims.

Submission or review of verification information does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement or warranty by MultistreamsHub regarding any business or transaction.

5. Communications

We may send transactional communications concerning application receipt, verification, profile approval or rejection, security, buyer or supplier matching, RFQs, and service administration.

Where you separately request trade opportunities, supplier offers, newsletters or other optional communications, you may withdraw that preference at any time using the method provided or by contacting us.

6. How We Share Information

We may share relevant information with qualified buyers, qualified suppliers, service providers supporting hosting, email, security, verification or platform operation, professional advisers where reasonably necessary, and government or regulatory authorities where disclosure is legally required.

We do not sell submitted personal contact information as an unrelated commercial mailing list. Information shared with a buyer or supplier should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant trade connection or opportunity.

7. International Data Processing

MultistreamsHub connects businesses across different countries. Information may therefore be processed, stored or accessed across national borders.

Where third-party infrastructure or service providers are used, we will take reasonable steps to select appropriate providers and protect information consistent with applicable requirements.
