If you hire 100 staff and their salary in a month is N75,000 naira to N250,000  naira in a month depending on the clients you dealing with. As a security company , you’re entitled to N20,000  to N50,000 every month as an administrative fee for each of your security personnel. This will add up to N2M to N5M take home pay every month. This figure can be more if you have up to 1000 security personnel in your payroll

Launch your business and maintain your reputation; After all the above steps have been taken, the final step to take is to launch the business and maintain a good reputation with customers by delivering excellent services. After getting jobs, words will spread about your company and the value of its delivery. If the security guard services company has a good value delivery, it will give them the edge over all their competitors
